STAFF KNOWLEDGE

The majority of our staff have attained either IRPM, accountancy qualifications or have several years’ experience in property management. Full training is provided on the management of each development which includes a visit to the site.

When Broadoak were appointed, the development had extensive operational difficulties following poor performance of the previous commercial and residential managing agents. The residential service charge debt exceeded £1.5 million and services were in danger of withdrawal due to non-payment. Broadoak identified the problems quickly, arranged meetings with the suppliers to agree a plan to accommodate staged payments and immediately set to work on recovering service charge arrears. The development has been well managed for a number of years, and the close interaction we have with the Broadoak team inspires trust and confidence that this will continue moving forward.
